Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

SixPack design studio ("we", "us") operates CV Analyzer Pro (the "Service"), available at https://resumeforge.aitools.rs. Registered address: Hrizantema 8d, 11000 Belgrade, Serbia. Contact: hello@resumeforge.aitools.rs.

2. What we collect

When you use the Service, we collect: (a) your email address, used solely to send you a one-time sign-in link; (b) the text of any CV/resume and job description you submit, whether typed directly or extracted from an uploaded file; (c) the analysis report generated in response; (d) technical data such as your IP address and browser user-agent, recorded against consent and sign-in events for security and audit purposes; and (e) basic session data needed to keep you signed in.

3. How we use it

We use this data to: operate the passwordless sign-in flow; generate your CV analysis by sending your CV text (and job description, if provided) to our AI processing provider; store your report so you can revisit it; prevent abuse through rate limiting; and maintain records of the consents you've given.

4. Third-party AI processing

To generate your report, the text you submit is sent to Anthropic's API for processing as a data processor acting on our instructions. Anthropic does not use API data submitted through this integration to train its models. We do not control Anthropic's infrastructure directly; see Anthropic's own privacy documentation for details on how they handle API data.

5. Legal basis (GDPR)

Where GDPR applies, we process your data based on your consent (for AI processing of your CV, given at sign-up and again before each submission) and our legitimate interest in operating and securing the Service (for sign-in logs and rate-limiting data).

6. Data retention

We retain your account, submitted CV/job-description text, and generated reports until you delete them or close your account. You can delete an individual session by simply not revisiting it, or permanently delete your entire account and all associated data at any time from your account page. Sign-in tokens expire after 15 minutes and are deleted from active use once consumed or expired.

7. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to withdraw consent at any time. You can delete your account and all stored data yourself from the account page, or contact us at hello@resumeforge.aitools.rs for any other request.

8. Cookies

We use a single, essential session cookie to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.

9. Security

Sign-in tokens are stored as one-way hashes, never in plain text. Passwords are not used at all. Connections are served over HTTPS. Reasonable technical and organizational measures are used to protect your data, but no system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Children's privacy

The Service is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date and version number above.
