Terms of Conditions

1. Acceptance of these terms

By creating an account or using CV Analyzer Pro (the "Service"), operated by SixPack design studio, you agree to these Terms of Conditions and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

The Service lets you submit a CV/resume, and optionally a job description, to receive an AI-generated analysis and rewrite suggestions. Sign-in is passwordless, using a one-time link sent to your email.

3. Your content and your responsibility

You retain ownership of the CV and job-description text you submit. You confirm you have the right to submit this content (for example, it is your own CV, or you have permission to submit someone else's), and that you will not submit unlawful, infringing, or another person's sensitive personal data without a lawful basis to do so.

4. AI-generated output — no guarantee of accuracy

Reports, scores, and rewritten text are generated by a third-party AI model and are provided for informational and self-improvement purposes only. They do not constitute professional career, recruitment, legal, or employment advice, are not guaranteed to be accurate, complete, or suitable for any purpose, and should be reviewed critically before use. We instruct the AI not to invent achievements, but we cannot guarantee the output is error-free — always verify facts in your final CV yourself.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to: use the Service to process content you don't have the right to share; attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or overload the Service; use automated means to scrape or abuse the sign-in or analysis endpoints; or use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

6. Account & data deletion

You may delete your account and all associated data at any time from your account page. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

7. Availability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SixPack design studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service or reliance on its AI-generated output, including outcomes of job applications or interviews.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

10. Governing law
